Welcome To Finches Class

 

Hello and welcome to Finches Class! 

This year we have 19 children in our class and we have lots of fun playing and learning together and are very lucky that we have a big outdoor area right outside our classroom that we can use all the time!

We follow the Early Years Curriculum and learn all our skills, knowledge and understanding through story and non-fiction books and also topics and things that we are particularly interested in so that by the end of the year we can achieve our Early Learning Goals.

Mrs Clark is our class teacher every day apart from Wednesday afternoon when Mrs Dobrowolska teaches us and Mrs Fitzgerald is our teaching assistant every day. 

Our main aims are to have fun while learning, as this makes learning much easier, and to learn kindness and respect for each other and our environment. We try really hard to remember to take photos of our learning which we like to share in our class gallery but sometimes we are so busy learning and having fun that we forget to do this so we don’t always have our full range of activities on there!
